Similar to his cousin PUSH, the Talking Trash Can, Pipa is a roaming waste container that engages guests in conversation and encourages them to recycle. Although he is not always out in public, this bright yellow roaming recycling bin can be found in the Rafiki's Planet Watch part of the park.
