The Tortilla Factory, sponsored by Mission Foods, gives guests to Pacific Wharf a brief history through the history of tortillas, and then a taste! This is a walkthrough attraction, and unless you're craving a single tortilla hand-out, is skippable.

On crowded days they sometimes stagger entry, but rarely does this attraction have more than a 5-minute wait to get inside.
