Summary

Themed like a trip through London, The Tube is the Fantasy’s dance club. Its décor includes leather couches printed to look like Underground tickets, 60’s “mod” split eggshell- and ball-shaped chairs and a floor painted like London’s subway map. We especially like the upholstered leather couch set deep inside the lounge, because it’s under a set of lights in the shape of a crown and across from two shiny silver armchairs designed to look like thrones. A couple of red phone booths are set on either side of the dance floor, for those who are feeling especially groovy.

The Tube’s circular bar, set under Big Ben’s clock face, serves a typical menu of bottled beer, mixed drinks, spirits, and wine and champagne by the glass. The Tube also serves six signature drinks, several of which involve sodas or sparkling wines.

The Tube usually opens around 10 p.m., and sometimes begins with a quick “Newlywed”-style game called Match Your Mate. Dancing usually gets started around 10:30 or 11 p.m. Most of the music is contemporary dance, but there are themed nights including disco and, of course, British hits. Be aware that sightlines to the stage can be impeded depending on where you sit. If you want a good view, particularly if you have a large party, plan to arrive a few minutes early for non-dance activities.
