What should you know?

To find Batuu’s biggest restaurant, look for Cookie’s Sienar-Chall Utilipede-Transport ship parked on the roof. Place your order at the cashier station (or in the mobile app), pick up your food from one of the windows in the rear, and eat it on the patio or inside an abandoned cargo crate, each with its own theme; look for the seafood vendor’s stall and a tiny carbonite freezing chamber.

All of the food here is named after unpronounceable otherworldly species, but rest assured that it’s really made of earthbound ingredients, many of which are sustainably sourced. The food here is a cut above typical theme park fare, and approaches the resort’s sit-down restaurants in quality and price. No alcohol is served here, but you can sip a Phattro (iced tea and lemonade) or Moof Juice (fruit punch).

What’s it like inside?

Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs (a blink-and-youmissed- him background character from Episode VII) has moved his “Tugg’s Grub” mobile kitchen to Black Spire’s ramshackle shipping station, converting a cluttered cargo depot into a futuristic food hall inspired by Japan’s legendary Tsukiji fish market.
