What should you know?

Confisco isn’t fine dining, but it does fine when you just can’t stand in another line. Because of its varied menu of Mediterranean, Italian, Mexican, and Asian dishes, most people should find something to please them at Confisco Grille. More adventurous options include Philippinestyle sticky ribs, chilled soba noodle bowls with seared tuna sashimi, and a pork belly banh mi. Several menu items can be made vegetarian and vegan friendly, and annual pass holders get exclusive use of the upstairs dining rooms during select seasons. The adjoining Backwater Bar is a good spot to grab a cool sangria on a hot day.

What’s it like inside?

A way station on the road to Morocco, perhaps? Actually, it’s meant to look like a customs house. Look for “smuggled goods,” representing the park’s various islands, decorating the lobby’s upper level. You’ll see giant dinosaur skeletons from Jurassic Park, golden urns from the Lost Continent, and even a wand from The Wizarding World of Harry Potter if you look hard enough.
