What’s it like inside?

With six individual rooms themed to key figures in the early history of the United States—Betsy Ross, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, John Paul Jones, Paul Revere, and George and Martha Washington—the Liberty Tree Tavern feels like a quaint and cozy Colonial home plunked down in a sprawling theme park. Appropriately creaky wooden staircases flank the central lobby, which can be quite busy during popular mealtimes.

What are the specialties?

Most guests come (and return) to Liberty Tree for the All-You-Care-to-Enjoy Patriot’s Platter, consisting of roasted turkey, carved pork roast, mashed potatoes, stuffing, seasonal vegetables, and housemade mac and cheese. Save room for the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake.
