Setting and Atmosphere
Large tables with built-in grills are crammed into small rooms decorated with rice-paper panels and Japanese lanterns. Lighting is low and focused on the stage - the chef's grill.
Teppanyaki service at large tables (where the chef cooks dinner in front of you). Specialties include tenderloin, ocean scallops, lobster tail, and hibachi vegetables.
Japanese onion soup.
If you're looking for a nice, quiet dinner, be aware that diners sit at tables of eight, making private conversation almost impossible.
