California Grill to Get Major Refurbishment

The California Grill, found on the 15th floor of Disney’s Contemporary Resort, will be closing for a refurbishment. This extremely popular restaurant will go down for its refurb starting January 6, 2013, and it will last until late Summer 2013.

According to Disney, the entire restaurant is getting a major interior facelift. Also getting a little facelift will be the menu. The core of the restaurant’s menu ideology will remain, though. The full service dining establishment will still feature a fresh, seasonal menu and amazing sushi, but Disney plans on tweaking it to make it even more innovative and sophisticated.
