AT&T to Become Official Wireless Provider of Walt Disney World and Disneyland

Disney and AT&T are partnering together to make AT&T the official wireless provider of both Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Disneyland Resort in California.

This agreement will increase AT&T’s network across both the resorts, bringing upgrades through a variety of technologies. This will hopefully supplement Wi-Fi in the parks, which will be beneficial for the new My Disney Experience app.

The partnership will also bring marketing opportunities, like sponsoring events at ESPN Wide World of Sports, educating Cast Members on AT&T’s “It Can Wait” – Don’t Text and Drive program, and new mobile devices for Cast Members to help deliver their legendary guest service.

  • Cool! Hopefully, this will mean I can ditch my Verizon MiFi and just use the AT&T service that comes with my phone!
