Disney World Crowd Calendar Report – March 15 to 21, 2015

The Crowd Calendar predictions did very well last week with the resort-wide crowd level missing by no more than one index level each day. The weekdays were slightly more crowded than expected and the weekends slightly less. Spring Break-ers and their families are keeping wait times near the highest levels we see all year outside of holidays.

Let’s look at how the crowd levels stacked up each day last week on the Disney World Crowd Calendar Report:

Saturday’s crowds were not the busiest of the week, a sure sign that Spring Break season is in full swing. Many vacationers use Saturday as a convenient travel day so we often see busier crowds on Wednesday and Thursday.

Next week is the last week before the Easter rush. The parks will be crowded most days with wait times near the hundreds for many of the popular attractions. Avoid crowds by arriving early and using a touring plan or by choosing a day with poor weather.
