Universal Crowd Calendar Report – April 5 to 11, 2015
The Universal Crowd Calendar predicted a flatter range of crowd levels last week but what we saw was a more up-and-down pattern. The ‘up’s fell on Monday through Thursday while the ‘down’s fell on Sunday, Friday and Saturday.
Let’s look at how the crowd levels stacked up each day last week on the TouringPlans.com Universal Orlando Resort Crowd Report:

Spring Break crowds and Easter crowds have faded and we expect this week to begin a slower period at the resort that should last perhaps until June.

We were there last week.
Pros: yes, getting there at rope drop we were able to do all the mountains and a few other rides within the first 2 1/2 hours. And we went to universal on Sunday because of your predictions and that proved to be a manageable day.
and your wait times are 100% more accurate than The posted times.
Cons: travelling with an age range of 4 to 75 on 10-level crowds made for miserable times after those first couple hours. And not everyone in a group makes it to the park for rope drop. I’m mad about the predicted crowds as I never would go on such days. I don’t find it fun marching through the parks on a mission. Hard to appreciate the park itself when it’s a new York subway platform. Dangerous for small children too.
I fought with my family about going this week but agreed solely because the calendar allowed me to only schedule one 8 day and a few 7s. I Couldn’t Understand how that was possible given the whole east coast was on spring break but I figured you know what you are doing. Hell, it was a rare free dining blackout week so I should have went with my instinct, but in trusting your calendar, the whole week was an ordeal for us all.
If your idea of fun family time is spending 12 hours a day for 8 days in a cattle car, just “use a touring plan”. But if we ever go back, it will be low season.
