I’m so excited! I’m going to Walt Disney World today! Just for a quick weekend jaunt. I’m anxious to experience the Epcot Festival of the Arts for the first time ever! So, for those who have been before, please let me know what things I cannot miss out on experiencing during this festival!

In Case You Missed It – Disney and Universal Orlando News and Rumors

Have you been to the Tropical Hideaway at Disneyland yet and noticed the paddles behind the registers. Many names are related to S.E.A., (Society of Explorers and Adventurers) but there was a name that we didn’t know of…that is until this week thanks to the announcement of Soaring: Fantastic Flight. (PS: If Disney would do some sort of series with these characters, I would be all in! Maybe they could be part of the new Jungle Cruise movie…weave them in that way and then create their own stand alone thing….see now this is a Disney created IP that I would like to see cultivated!)

On the heels of the upcoming Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge land, Disney wants to start the hype train and get the synergy rolling. Exhibit A – a new Star Wars comic book tie-that will be released in April. It will be a five-issue miniseries that centers around the Black Spire Outpost on Batuu. Will you be reading this series to gather up nuggets about the land?

Speaking of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, could the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction clock in at around 28 minutes? That’s what reports are indicating.

For those who are looking to sail Disney Cruise Line, you’ll still be able to do so out of Galveston, for at least 10 more years. Who’s going to book a cruise out of Galveston?

For those sailing on the Disney ships, the recommended base gratuities have increased.

4 Rivers has opened walk-up versions of its 4 Rivers Smokehouse and 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa restaurants at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

If you are a fan of Kingdom Hearts, you’re going to want to head to Tokyo Disneyland and soon. Ack!!!

Do you know what happened to the Hakuna Matata Dance party that was supposed to start? We are going in 24 days and really want to make sure we see that but it seems like it ran for a couple of days and now off the radar again? Thanks!

Not sure what you mean by saying it’s off the radar. It’s on the app and in the times guide as being on every day 11:30-5:30. There have also been many videos posted to YouTube with it. You should have no problem seeing it in a few weeks.

Ok- great. It isn’t on the touring plan app, Disney app has it 11:30-5:30. I meant off the touring plan app when you click on Animal Kingdom
