Where to Celebrate National Mimosa Day (or Weekend!) at Walt Disney World

Brunch fans, rejoice! May 16 is National Mimosa Day, and there are a variety of options at Walt Disney World if you want to celebrate. Not at Walt Disney World today? No worries–you can celebrate whenever you’re down. (We won’t tell.)

One of the easier breakfast/brunch reservations to get is The Wave at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. I’m a huge fan of their sweet potato pancakes, and a mimosa goes great with that. For $18, The Wave offers a “refillable mimosa” (which comes with two refills).

Looking for something a little more upscale and okay waiting to celebrate on Sunday? Brunch at the Top in the California Grill at Disney’s Contemporary Resort comes with a pretty significant price tag (around $90 per person) and is only available on Sundays, but it does include unlimited mimosas and valet parking. Swanky, eh?

Over at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, Kona Cafe offers a unique twist–a mimosa flight. For $14, you can choose from a variety of juices to make your three-mimosa flight. Juices include Orange, Pineapple, Cranberry, Pink Grapefruit, or Liliko’i (aka POG juice).

For the true “I’m at Walt Disney World” experience, on Saturdays and Sundays, Wine Bar George at Disney Springs offers the Frozcato Mimosa made with Dole Whip pineapple–yes, a Dole Whip Mimosa. If that doesn’t sound like weekends at Walt Disney World, I don’t know what does.
