Valentine’s Day Treats Available at Amorette’s Patisserie

The confectioner’s holiday is here and along with it are loads of sweets and treats at Disney Springs. Amorette’s Patisserie is known for its delicate and artful desserts, and this year for Valentine’s Day there are three themed treats. Our field research team took a closer look at the Sweetheart Macaroon. There is also a Petite Cake and a Trio Flavor Parfait.

The Trio Parfait offers classic Neapolitan flavors of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. The Petite Cake is a precious tribute to “Lady and the Tramp” complete with fondant spaghetti and meatballs on top. Inside are flavors of vanilla, dark chocolate, pistachio, and cherry.

The Sweetheart Macaron is beautifully decorated. Traditionally, macarons have a light texture and are slightly chewy, with a fruit filling sandwiched between. This version has strawberry ganache with marshmallow filling.
