What I Love: Ears Make Everything Better

Today’s What I Love comes to us from Holly Turner of Germantown, TN (Liner name: stultsturner). Holly writes:

We took our daughter, who is 10 now, on her first WDW trip when she was 9 months old. She was a very happy baby who rarely cried, but on this particular day at Epcot something set her off and we could not get her to calm down. We decided to take a break and get lunch at Electric Umbrella. On a whim, while she was still wailing, I decided to put her new Minnie ears on her. She instantly stopped crying and started cheesing it up for the camera. It turned into a precious photo session, and she was back to her happy, smiling self for the rest of the trip! I treasure this memory and love telling my daughter the story every time we walk past the patio of Electric Umbrella.

What an adorable photo! Wearing Mickey or Minnie ears is truly magical–I don’t think there’s anyone who can put a pair on and feel grumpy. They just bring out the smiles in everyone!
