The Best Way to Spend $50 on Food at the 2021 EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival

It can be hard to stick to a budget when there’s so many wonderful things to eat and drink at EPCOT’s festivals. The 2021 EPCOT International Flower and Garden festival is full beautiful blooms and brilliant bites. So to help you stay on budget, we’ve gathered our favorite eats of the festival that add up to $50 total. Here’s what we suggest to order, and you’ll end up with a great amount of food, for just under $50.

• Shrimp and Grits at Sunshine Griddle (Future World East) – $7.25
• Bon Bon Chicken Skewer at Lotus House (China Pavilion) – $6.75
• Papa Cakes at Lotus House (China Pavilion) – $7.95
• Warm Cheese Strudel at Bauernmarkt (Germany Pavilion) – $4.50
• Soy-Glazed Pork Shank at Hanami (Japan Pavilion) – $7.00
• Shakshuka (Moroccan Baked Eggs with Spiced Eggplant and Tomato Stew) at Taste of Marrakesh (Morocco Pavilion) – $5.50
• Chocolate Macaron Lollipop at Fleur de Lys (France Pavilion) – $5.95
• TOTAL $49.65

This list above is presented in order of walking around World Showcase, starting at The Honey Bee-stro which is on the edge of Future World West, near World Showcase. Then make a quick stop at Future World East for the Shrimp and Grits at Sunshine Griddle, or save it for on your way out. Then continue to the China Pavilion and make your way around with the France Pavilion as your last stop. The itinerary also works well for those using the Disney Skyliner to get to and from EPCOT.

With this itinerary of food, you’ll enjoy five savory selections, and three sweets. The Tupelo Honey and Sweet Corn Spoon Bread at The Honey Bee-stro isn’t technically a dessert, but it is more sweet than savory. Of all the dishes listed above the Papa Cakes at Lotus House and the Shakshuka at Taste of Marrakesh are the most adventurous. If you or someone in your party prefers to stick to something more familiar then we would suggest these two substitutions:

• Beef Brisket Burnt Ends and Smoked Pork Belly Slider at Festival Favorites (World Showplace) – $7.50
• Toasted Pretzel Bread at Bauernmarkt (Germany Pavilion) – $5.50

These two savory selections would better suit those more comfortable with familiar flavors, and would keep you in the $50 budget. Although one of the great things about the food and beverage at EPCOT”s festivals is that they are tasting sizes. This makes it a great way to explore new flavors without committing to a full entrée.
