7 Items We Fell in Love With at Disney This Week, August 20, 2021

When the team is in the parks and at resorts, we love to duck into shops to see what the latest merchandise is — or just things that catch our interest. Normally, we only pick out three items, but this week we fell in love with twice that many (plus one more for good luck). Here’s our super-sized edition of what we fell in love with while window shopping at Walt Disney World.

Adorable Halloween Wreath

Is it wrong that we like Halloween decor more than the Christmas stuff sometimes? This wreath is an example — how can you go wrong with those adorable Mickey and Minnie Jack-o-Lanterns!

Sparkly Hocus Pocus Crocs

I was an early adopter of Crocs in the parks, and still think they are awesome. But they’re even better when they’re sparkly, like this Hocus Pocus version, complete with special Jibbitz.

Minnie Mouse Black and White Dots Ear Headband

How chic! With pearls and sparkles and a huge polka-dotted bow, this new ear headband has such a classy feel to it.

Purple Wall Loungefly Bag

It’s the bag we didn’t know we needed, thanks Loungefly! The Purple Wall pattern is great for people who want the bit of Disney magic, but also want something that doesn’t scream Mickey Mouse. I think it looks fantastic.

Tiki Room Wishables

Tiki Room Wishables have made their debut all around Walt Disney World. In the surprise pack you can get some of the characters from the Tiki Room, one of the Tiki God statues, or even a Dole Whip. The open edition item is Rosita. Isn’t she adorable?

Alice in Wonderland Spoons

If I did special tea parties at home, this would be the spoons I’d want. The colorful Mary Blair artwork is simply stunning for use on a golden afternoon.

More nuiMOs Accessories

Are your nuiMOs getting ready to go back to school? Yeah, they’re going to need a laptop too. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, those nuiMOs have it better than my own kid in terms of accessories (and even better than me, too!).

Which of these items are you most likely to take home? Let us know in the comments.
