A New Reason to Visit La Cava del Tequila During Epcot’s Festival of the Arts

If you’ve read TouringPlans for any length of time, you already know this- La Cava del Tequila is our favorite bar at Walt Disney World. Full stop. No notes. No arguments.

So when La Cava releases anything new, we are there to try it. And this year’s Festival of the Arts debut does not disappoint.

Starting January 16th, opening day of the festival, La Cava is offering a limited-edition cocktail that’s festive, creative, and honestly feels tailor-made for wandering World Showcase. We love the melon flavor and enjoyed the cold foam cream, especially with the watermelon cherry salt (which felt a bit like pop-rocks). We just suggest grabbing a straw to mix it together a bit. Let’s Talk Souvenir Cup and Sprinkles and Secret Codes

Because yes, this drink comes in a souvenir cup and has little gold star sprinkles.

The cup is designed with pallets, paintbrushes, and colorful stars, full of Epcot Festival of the Arts energy. It’s colorful, playful, and feels like something you might want to keep (at least use for the rest of the day).

Believe it or not, rainbow cups and sprinkles aren’t even the fun part.  This drink is an off-menu item. Just tell the bartender or server, “DOM SENT ME.” Just an added bit of fun, which feels perfect for the whimsical feel of this Artgarita.
