According to Disney’s social media, a very popular Disney’s Animal Kingdom table service restaurant will be returning very soon! Tusker House, located in the Africa section will once again be seeing Guests beginning June 20! Guests will be able to book this restaurant beginning on June 4.
There will be some changes to the experience though. First, it won’t be a buffet when it returns. Instead it will be a family-style menu. The dishes will still include African-inspired flavors.
In addition, while Tusker House will be a character meal, you won’t be able to hug your favorite characters like you could before. Instead, they will likely be there for distanced selfies. Guests will be able to see Donald, as well as some of other favorite Disney friends. (One would expect that those characters will include Goofy, as well as Mickey.
