    Good info – I pulled up Google Maps and checked out the areas – I can see a lot of parking lots for making a pretty awesome 3rd park.

    Really like Len and Jim, but the audio on these segments really needs to be cleaned up. It is really hard to understand what Jim is saying with the current acoustics.

    I loved (and miss) the podcasts. They just came right into my feed and I was able to keep up without having to go to different places to get to things and I could listen without eating up data plan and while driving. Any chance you can release these in that format again?

      The podcast didn’t go anywhere. We released a new episode on September 19.
