Happy August! It’s back to school month! Even though I’ve been out of school for years, there’s just something so awesome and nerdy about checking out the back to school aisles at the stores. You never know what you will find that  you HAVE to pick up, am I right?!

This week, we learn about two pastry chefs who were awarded great accolades, see what Disney Cruise Line’s new cancellation policy is, and more!

Disney Research is looking to create an immersive experience through a multi-sensory approach with the Disney Bench. I’m curious to learn more about what they plan to do with this technology going forward. What about you?

Union talks with Disney seem to be happening again soon, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

    Not surprised about the attendance drop at the Disney Parks. I know several people who are waiting for Star Wars to open before going back. I don’t know if I will either.

      The family and I have been planning a 2018 trip for a while. If I’m going to miss the Star Wars opening, I’m hopeful that crowds will stay away, too.
