Disney Offers DVC Members New Screen & Scream Event with Film and Fun

Disney Vacation Club has announced a new opportunity for members – Guardians of the Galaxy Screen and Scream – an event that combines a screening of the new Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 movie with an after-hours party at EPCOT.

The event takes place on May 4, 2023 with registration opening on April 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. 

Eligible Disney Vacation Club Members – may be among the first to screen Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 movie at AMC Disney Springs on May 4, 2023 (or at a later date using a Fandango voucher). Then members may cap the day with after-hours access to World Discovery in EPCOT^® for a party offering special character experiences, snack, and attractions with shorter-than-usual wait times – including Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Test Track.

Price & Overview: Members may book only one event package to allow as many Members as possible to enjoy Disney Vacation Club Guardians of the Galaxy Screen & Scream.

    • $89 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
    • This price includes admission to a private movie screening of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 at AMC Disney Springs and an after-hours party in World Discovery at EPCOT^®.
      • Movie screenings begin at 2 p.m.
      • EPCOT^® event hours: 10:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

• Scream Package
  • $89 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
  • This price includes an after-hours party in World Discovery at EPCOT^®and a $15 Fandango voucher to watch Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3at a later date.
    • EPCOT^® event hours: 10:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.

Who: All eligible Members who have purchased directly from Disney Vacation Club.

How: Event booking opens on April 19, 2023 at 11 AM Eastern Time. Registration for this event is open for all eligible Members who purchase directly from Disney Vacation Club.

Party Size Limits: A Member can register themselves and up to 4 additional Guests per Membership (for total of 5) – or up to the number of Guests on the resort reservation booked within their Membership (points/cash). Modifications to a resort reservation party size after April 16, 2023 will not increase the party size for this event.

Modifications & Cancellations
This event cannot be booked through Member Services. Note:

• Cancelling and rebooking an event registration increases the risk of losing one’s registration.
• Modifications or cancellations of an event registration cannot be made the same day as booking.
• Members need to call Member Services to cancel or modify their registration.

Other Important Information

• Event registration is required and limited. Register online when the registration window opens. Unfortunately, walk-ins will not be permitted.
• The Member who registered for the event must be in attendance to check in their full party. The entire party must check in together to gain access to the event.
• Your event tickets, valid Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card and photo ID are required at check-in. (Your Digital Membership Card should be added to the digital wallet of your mobile device before arrival, as using the temporary card will slow your check-in process. It’s important to note that the Member who was selected during the event registration process must be in attendance to check in their full party, and that entire party must check in together.
• Admission to the after-hours portion of the event is valid for the duration of the event. Entry prior to the event time requires a separate paid theme park admission and park reservation.
• This offer is nontransferable and cannot be sold. It is subject to availability, change or termination without notice.
• Attendees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a participating parent or guardian.
• This is a rain-or-shine event; some experiences may be cancelled due to inclement weather.
• We request that Members cancel at least 72 hours in advance.
• Disney Genie, Disney Genie+ and individual Lightning Lanes are not available for use during this event.
