Elephant Cupcake Is Pretty, but Plain
The elephant head cupcake is back at Creature Comforts (aka Starbucks) at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This one is gorgeous, with a giant white-chocolate elephant nestled in a field of green grass and blue sky icing.
The cake is basic yellow cake, appropriately moist, but not particularly flavorful. The flavor was supposed to come from the filling, a chocolate chip cookie dough cream, but when we cut into ours, we found a disappointingly sparse serving of filling, with literally two chips in it. Meh.
Priced at $5.99 or a Disney Dining Plan snack credit, this is a fine, but not outstanding cupcake.
