GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill Now Open at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel

Get ready to visit the newest restaurant at the Disneyland Resort! GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill is now open at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

The GCH Craftsman Bar embraces the Arts & Crafts details and materials that can be found all over the resort, with a patio perfect for al fresco dining. Throughout the lounge, you’ll notice wisteria vines and blooms with it featured prominently on the light fixtures, the trellis and many of the artisan-crafted elements found around the bar. In addition, a custom tile mural can be found which features a wisteria vine and was hand-carved and glazed by a local artisan in Pasadena.

Nearby, White Water Snacks has been renamed GCH Craftsman Grill. Here, Guests will be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner and for those looking for grab and go options, you’ll also find items such as beverages, salads, snacks and sweets.

The GCH Craftsman Bar & Grill are both located in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa and while both are open to the public, the hotel’s pool area is available only to resort guests with a designated wristband.
