Create a Disney Account

  • If you’re a California resident, your stored Disney account address must be a California address to view any monthly payment options for Magic Key passes when they are on sale.
Prepare Required Party Information

Each Magic Key pass must be assigned to an individual at the time of purchase (maximum of 10 passes). Passes may not be reassigned after purchase. You will need to provide the following information for each person in your party:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Phone number (Guests 18 years of age and older)
  • Email (Guests 18 years of age and older)
Enter the Virtual Queue / Waiting Room to Purchase on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, No Earlier Than 8:45 AM Pacific Time

Join the Virtual Queue via the “Purchase Magic Key Passes” link on the Magic Key page. You can join no earlier than 8:45 am PST, and sales will not begin until 9 am PST at the earliest. While you are in the queue, you will see an estimated wait time, which may fluctuate. Successfully entering the waiting room does not guarantee you will be able to buy a pass.

You can choose to remain in the queue with the queue window open in your browser, or if you choose you can sign up to be notified by email when it’s your turn. Submit your email address and expect to receive two emails containing a unique link. Make sure you have received the first email before closing the window where you are monitoring the queue.

⭐The link in the first email will allow you to check your place in the queue until it’s your time. You can use this link repeatedly.
⭐The link in the second email will allow you to return to the site and prepare to purchase your passes. This link can only be used one time.

After receiving the second email, you’ll have 10 minutes to use the included link to return. This link will work only one time, whether you complete a pass purchase or not. If you miss your turn, you’ll have to begin again and rejoin the queue.
