Hotel Room Finder Updates: Caribbean Beach, Beach Club & Villas
Our Hotel Room Finder tool shows the view you get from every hotel room in Walt Disney World. It’s a collection of over 35,000 photos, plus data like how far every room is from the lobby, from bus stops, and more. There’s nothing else like it anywhere.
Today we released updates for rooms at Disney’s Caribbean Beach, Disney’s Beach Club, and Beach Club Villas. Most of these updates involve:
- The Room View name to match the one used on Disney’s site when you book
- Bed configurations, such as which rooms can accommodate 5 people; or which have daybeds instead of sleeper sofas
- Better detail around the type of balcony at Beach Club rooms
- Updated ADA accessibility for each room
Caribbean Beach Updates
Caribbean Beach’s latest room refurbishment project is done. Started in 2022, the refurbishment added 5th sleeper beds to some rooms, and updated the resort’s beds, baths, and more. Our Hotel Room Finder now knows about those room types and specific refurbishments in each room:
And here’s an example of where to find Standard View rooms with 2 queen beds and 1 child-size pull-down beds:
Beach Club Balconies: Small, Large, Patio, and None
The Room Finder’s special “Balcony” filter for the Beach Club now includes options for Patio and “No Balcony” options, along with Small Balcony and Large Balcony:

Next Updates and Completed Hotels
The next set of hotel updates will include these Disney Resorts, with a tentative update date later in February 2024:
- Yacht Club Resort
- Pop Century
The Grand Floridian Resort might be going through another set of room view updates in February. We’ll know more at the end of the month. Assuming that’s complete by the end of February, we’ll update the Grand Floridian and Grand Floridian Villas rooms in March.

I’m looking forward to the Pop Century, where I’m staying in October, updates. I’ve read conflicting internet information about whether the 60’s section (Bldg. 4 and 5) are only preferred rooms, and I’m sure you’ll give the correct information. Also, stating where the Disability rooms are is very useful.
Are these live now? When attempting to use now, my Beach Club room finder still does not include my room type (“Resort View”), and still does not show options for the 5th sleeper. Should I delete my “Trip” and do a new one in order to have the updates pull in?

Will there be a balcony update for Beach Club Villas? I don’t see the balcony option in the room finder there. (I don’t even know if the villas have balconies).
I’ll check to see if we have it. I think we only got updates on BC itself. If we do, I’ll load it.
