How to Watch Football at Walt Disney World for October 15-21, 2019
Every week here at Touring Plans, we update our readers on which NFL and college games are showing in the Orlando market on the Walt Disney World television system. This means these games will be available in resort hotel rooms, lobby and pool bars, and other locations around property. While some other venues with a sports bar tilt will show additional games, they are few and far between on property. We did find out recently about another reliable spot to see out-of-market NFL telecasts on property and it’s thanks to one of our amazing readers!
Extra special thanks to reader Nancy S for pointing out the new feature at AMC Dine-In Theater at Disney Springs. Weekly this venue will show up to four out-of-market NFL games that you can view from a posh cinema seat, with food and drink service, surrounded by other cheering fans. It sounds like a really great idea and a clutch way to catch a game while on vacation. Members of your party who are uninterested in the game can even explore Disney Springs or see another movie at the theater. You must become a member of their “AMC Stubs” program (it’s free!) and reserve your seat in advance. Tickets are free but you must make a $10 food and beverage purchase. AMC Cinemas do not update their game listings until after we post here but check back to this post over the weekend and I will update it accordingly.
While you’re here, make sure to subscribe to TouringPlans.com so you can customize your Walt Disney World Touring Plans to include a break in the middle of the day to catch a football game! Plus complete access to all of our other great vacation-planning tools like the Crowd Calendar, Cheapest Ticket Calculator, Dining Reservation Finder, Hotel Room Request automator, and MORE!
