How to Watch Football at Walt Disney World for September 10-16

With one week of the NFL done, football fans have already seen upsets, major injuries, last minute heroics, a tie, and a game broadcast interrupted by a power outage. One thing is for certain, football die-hards are not going to want to miss any of the newsworthy gridiron goings-on to come this season. Thankfully for football fans far and wide, they can keep up on the action while on vacation at Walt Disney World.

All of the major NFL broadcasts can be seen in resort hotel rooms and most non-theme park bars on property while additional games may be broadcast on packages like NFL Sunday Ticket at a number of other venues across Walt Disney World including ESPN Club at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort and Splitsville Lanes at Disney Springs. Channel listings and availability differ at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts as well as partner resorts like those along Hotel Plaza Blvd.

One thing we do not recommend is trying to stream games using your cable package or DirecTV’s Sunday Ticket app using resort WiFi. While it may work, more often than not it won’t and will leave you sorely disappointed if catching all the plays of your team’s game is of importance. Here are the games you can reliably expect to see this week.
