Items We Fell in Love With at Disney This Week, October 8, 2021
Every week, our team is window shopping in the parks — and sometimes shopping shopping. With so much merchandise coming out for the 50th, Halloween, and beyond, there’s always something new to find. Here’s the items that stood out to us this week.
All that Starbucks Stuff
Anyone who visited Walt Disney World back in the 1980s probably remembers the shopping bags with a pink and orange retro design. Starbucks has released a line of merchandise for each park that brings about that same feel, even for theme parks that weren’t open at that time. You can find large travel mug-style cups, small ornaments, and yes, even the classic You Are Here mugs with a new look.
Mickey Mummy Popcorn Bucket
Over at Disney Springs, this popcorn bucket was getting all the attention. This Halloween Mickey popcorn bucket reminds me of those old PVC banks that they had in the 1980s, if anyone remembers those? Everything old is new again, perhaps?
Vault Collection at Fort Wilderness
And keeping with that theme, we spotted a variety of items from the Vault Collection over at Fort Wilderness. Just like Magic Kingdom, Fort Wilderness is also celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, and it I great to see such classic-themed merchandise available.
Would any of these items have made it into your purchased pile? Let us know in the comments.
I would love some of the Fort Wilderness merch
