We’re once again ready for a special batch of snake and spider stew! That’s because the Oogie Boogie Bash is back for Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort.

On select nights beginning September 9 and running through October 31, the separate-ticket, after-park hours event Oogie Boogie Bash will take place, once again. This limited-capacity event features special entertainment, character sightings, food and beverage and more.

So, what will the event include? Guests who have purchased a ticket will be able to enter Disney California Adventure prior to the party. The event kicks off at 6:00 p.m. but you’ll be able to enter the park three hours before. (That’s 3:00 p.m.)

Guests will enter and find that the facade of Carthay Circle Restaurant on Buena Vista Street will be enchanted throughout the night as bats swarm, green energy pulses from within and spellbinding moments transform the structure.

There will be a parade at this year’s event! The “Frightfully Fun Parade” will be back. It will include The Headless Horseman of Sleepy Hollow who leads the parade. He will arrive on his ghostly black steed just ahead of the parade and carrying his flickering jack-o’-lantern. Following will be a cavalcade of Disney characters and mischievous villains.

If you are looking to go trick or treating, you’ll be able to do so courtesy of the immersive treat trails that appear throughout Disney California Adventure. (Oh and yes, you can dress up in costume!) There will be an assortment of candy provided by Mars Wrigley and Guests will see favorite characters along the way, some familiar and some new!

Looking for Villains? Redwood Creek Challenge Trail becomes Villains Grove. Redwood Creek is completely transformed with lighting, projections, sounds and special effects. This experience unfolds in a series of scenes, each creating a haunting space of color, sound, light and shadow, as stories emerge from the darkest night to create an enchanting world.

Guests will also be able to see other favorite Disney characters including Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Pluto and Donald Duck and villains who are ready for photos and waves.

Unlimited Disney PhotoPass digital photo downloads from the night are included with admission to Oogie Boogie Bash. There will be Disney PhotoPass photographers located throughout the party to capture spooktacular memories.
