PHOTOS – A Park-Free Day Calls for Resort Hopping

For one reason or another you may find yourself with a day at Walt Disney World without going into the theme parks. One of the best ways to spend such a day is to hop around some of the Disney resort hotels. One of the best places to do this is the Magic Kingdom resorts including Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.

That’s exactly what Ivonne on our team (@servoisnaked on Twitter and Instagram) did yesterday.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge – Boulder Ridge Section

How do you like to spend a park-free day? Have you ever spent the afternoon resort hopping?

Did they lift the restrictions on resort hopping? I thought you had to have a restaurant reservation.

Disney’s social media posted a few weeks ago encouraging guests to visit the resorts to view decorations. Although there is usually a sign at the security front entrance indicating the reservation policy, we’ve had success with showing that we have placed a mobile order for quick service food. And there is no checkpoint at the boat docks.

Beautiful! We had no problem resort hopping except at Riviera. We had a work around for that though 😉
