The Items We Fell in Love with at Disney This Week, June 25, 2021

It’s been a rainy week here at Walt Disney World, and so that has meant ducking into a lot of shops for some spontaneous window shopping to stay dry! Here’s some of the goodies that caught our interest this week.

Adorable Bag Clips

I don’t know about the rest of you, but bag clips are one of those things we never seem to have enough of in our house. We use them for so much, and they always seem to go missing. I’m okay-is on the Mickey and Minnie designs here but I LOVE the castle ones. At $14.99, they’re a little pricey, but if I can manage to keep them from going missing right away, maybe it’s worth it?

Puzzles from a Far Away (Disney)Land

These billboard type puzzles originally showed up at out Disneyland, as obvious by their themes and artwork. But the really are cute, so we’re glad to see they’ve made it to this coast. With 50 pieces, these won’t keep you busy for that long, but the frame for it that lights up means that it will be a piece of artwork that sticks around longer than your typical puzzle.

Those nuiMOs Just Keep Getting Cuter!

I’ve been able to resist the siren song of the nuiMOs so far, but a flamingo pool float? Disney is really tugging at my credit card this month! I can just think of all the fun photo shoots I’d want to do with my little nuiMO buddy (that I don’t own yet, but…). The flamingo is $12.99, which is probably more than I’d pay for an adult pool float at my local grocery store, but any nuiMO in it will look far cuter, so it’s still a win.

Small World Dooney & Bourke Bag

The Disney Dooney parade marches on! This month is a Small World-themed release with a bold teal color. At $158, it’s priced like other Dooney bags, so no sticker shock there for Dooney fans. What do you think about this design, though?

A Bold Belt Buckle

And, finally for this week, we have a really — uh — bold belt buckle. Sad thing is, I think I have a dress that this belt would go well with. It is why I am not providing advice for Chrissy from our TouringPlans social media team on what to wear for her upcoming cruise. (The belt is $30 — what do you think of it for that, or any other, price?)

Have you made any Disney merchandise purchases lately? Share with us what sort of things you like to come home with from the parks!

Hmm, if you get a whole belt for 30 that isn’t actually so bad. I see regular belts for 20+ at my local clothing retailer, so a special disney one at 30 isn’t a significant markup. But, like with shoes…it all depends on how many outfits you can match it with. Belt price / outfits = actual price.

Looking forward to seeing that belt buckle in August…in the monthly outlet report!
