Tickets On Sale For Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party

Disney has previously released the dates for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and I can officially tell you that tickets are now on sale for this fun-filled holiday event!  Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is held in November and December at the Magic Kingdom.

As with Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket prices, tickets did jump quite a bit in pricing over the previous year.

Party dates and pricing for this year is as follows:

  • November 10, 13: $86 plus tax (ages 10+), $81 plus tax (ages 3-9) for advance purchase
  • November 7, 8, 11, 15, December 1: $91 plus tax (ages 10+), $86 plus tax (ages 3-9)
  • November 18, 27, 29, December 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 13: $92 plus tax (ages 10+), $87 plus tax (ages 3-9)
  • December 9, 15: $96 plus tax (ages 10+), $91 plus tax (ages 3-9)
  • December 16, 18, 22: $99 plus tax (ages 10+), $94 plus tax (ages 3-9)

Annual Pass and Disney Vacation Club discounts are available on select dates.

This year’s event will include Mickey’s Once Upon A Christmastime Parade, Holiday Wishes fireworks spectacular, cookies and hot cocoa, the Castle Dream Lights, and the Celebrate the Season castle stage show.

What a great way to celebrate the Holidays than in the Magic Kingdom with Mickey and the gang.

  • If you are not going to the party, should we try and avoid MK that day? What will crowds be like the morning and then 4-7 be like on those days (My daughter’s bday is Dec. 6 and we wanted to go to MK that day but aren’t going to the party.

    • The cast members will usually check for wrist bands for the hard ticket event, then gently ease out people who do not have tickets.

      • I just didn’t know if the crowds would be very heavy prior to the parade and if we should try and avoid MK that day or if we can still go for her bday before 7.

      • My experience was that it is less crowded during the day (but gradually gets busier after 4 because people who don’t have park hoppers don’t want to burn a ticket for a park that closes to them at 7 pm. I think the crowd calendar reflects that theory too (double check that in case I’m wrong). If you have a park hopper, or don’t mind the early end to your day, go for it.

  • For those of us entering the MK at 4 PM, is there any way to use FastPass+ from 4 PM – 7 PM before the Party begins?

  • How much!? That is an increase from the previous year of $74-$82! I’m so glad I did it last year – I would not even think of spending $99 on a nighttime ticket.

    • also, the cheapest of these tickets is more than any of the Not So Scary tickets held in September.

  • Disney Parks Blog actually posted that there will be a new stage show for the Christmas parties this year, called “Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration”! 🙂

  • I’m running out of words for Disney’s money grabs.

    • It’s a multi billion dollar company. If they sell out tickets, they aren’t charging enough.

      If you’re that upset, don’t go. We’re cruising on Royal Caribbean from now on because DCL has outpriced us. If they can still fill their ships with the new prices, more power to them, but for us it’s not worth it.
