Universal Orlando: Masks Not Required for Vaccinated Guests

Today Universal Orlando Resort announced an update to their Operations and Safety COVID Guidelines for guests lifting masking requirements for vaccinated guests on Saturday, May 29, 2021. From their website:

In accordance with CDC guidelines, face coverings are no longer required for fully vaccinated guests, indoors or outdoors. While we do not require proof of vaccination, we do expect those who are not fully vaccinated to wear face coverings while indoors. We encourage all guests to keep a safe distance between travel parties, and we remain focused on maintaining the highest cleanliness and sanitization standards.

Unvaccinated guests are still expected to wear masks but proof of vaccination is not required for guests. Team Members will continue to wear masks and social distancing in the park, queues, and attractions will remain.

Interesting then….So everyone between ages 2-12 should still have a mask on since they aren’t vaccinated and not possible to be so. And 12-16 should still for a few more weeks since its not possible any of them are fully vaccinated.
