Universal Orlando’s Tree Hunt is Fun for Kids and Kids at Heart
Universal Orlando has some great holiday experiences. Returning for its second year is the Universal Orlando Holiday Tree Hunt. This Tree Hunt spans Universal’s two theme parks, and CityWalk too. Come take a look at some of the trees and learn how to earn a special prize.
You can purchase a map, collecting stamps as you find the trees, and earn a special ornament at the end. The cost to join the hunt and earn the ornament is $9.95. The trees are pretty easy to find and worth visiting to see all the wonderful detail and themes, even if you do not purchase a map to receive an ornament.
There 16 Christmas trees across the two parks and CityWalk. Seven trees are in each theme park, plus two in CityWalk. Once you’ve collected all the stamps and gazed at all the beautiful trees you can head to any of the tree participating shops to receive the commemorative tree ornament.
The participating shops are Park Plaza Holiday Shop in Universal Studios, the Port of Entry Christmas Shoppe in Islands of Adventure, and Universal Studios Store in CityWalk.
Each tree is themed to a Universal character, movie, or a theme park attraction. You might even get some inspiring decorating ideas. The special ornament you can earn at the end will make a great memento of your trip and your successful hunt.
