VIDEO: Standard Room Tour: Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside

While editing my BoardWalk Inn video, I noticed I didn’t have proper room footage for you all! Wanting a complete review, I reached out to our amazing TouringPlans staff and will be getting that content for you soon. Thank you for your patience!

In the meantime, I switched resorts and went over to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside. Today’s video brings you on a tour of a standard room in their Alligator Bayou area.

Enjoy!

Have you stayed in a refurbished room? What differences did you notice?

Nice quick job showing all the essentials. Well done. I’ve always stayed in the “mansion” section in the past (including the royal rooms), but this refurb makes the bayou rooms look more appealing.

The Tiana-princess “royal” rooms are… very “Disney” like. 🙂

The one variable is how far one may need to walk to the main lobby area, which can vary greatly.

The refurb looks nice, but did I only see 3 drawers? And they would be inaccessible if someone’s using the Murphy bed.

Yes, and I agree…they’re inaccessible while you’re using the bed. However, it would be an excellent place to store dirty clothes throughout your trip. – Angela
