The View From Every Disney Hotel Room: Caribbean Beach, Coronado Springs and Art of Animation

At the beginning of October we launched Hotel Room Views, showing the view you’ll get at every Disney World hotel room. (Read the original blog post here.)

Over the past week we’ve added Disney’s Caribbean Beach, Coronado Springs, and Art of Animation resorts.

Coronado was a challenge because of the suites in the Casitas buildings.  In some of the Casitas buildings, room numbers aren’t consistent from floor to floor, nor are the floors’ room layouts consistent. It took a while to get the maps correct across all the buildings.

For a quick start at these resorts, click on any map, then any building, then any room to see the view from that specific room. You can navigate up, down, left and right one room from there.

If you’re looking for specific room types such as those with king beds, water views, use the filter options to the left of the map.

Here’s the roll-out schedule for the remaining resorts – we’re about 10 days behind because of the last-minute room issues – hoping to catch up by the end of the month:

Awesome job!!! Love all your hard work. Can you tell me if the connecting room part works yet?Every room I check at CBR says not connecting. And can you tell me how to request room numbers when traveling with a 2 room party. And still be within allowed size text.

Thanks! We’re still working on connecting room info, but we’re close. As for requesting 2 rooms, I’d delete the end of the text that lists alternate room numbers, and instead put in the 2 room numbers you want. (Let me know if that doesn’t make sense.)

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Heading to Coronado Springs in 3 weeks and I have been anxiously awaiting the room views! One question… Room 5212 in Casita 5… you have it listed as a King/Standard room (I’m looking for King/Waterviews). Could that be a mistake? Since all rooms above and below it are King/Waterview, I’m thinking it should be also. It’s the room I REALLY want!! ;o) Just want to make sure when I request it! Thanks again!

Will Boardwalk Villas be in with Boardwalk Inn? Beach Club and Beach Club Villas are seperate, as is Wilderness Lodge and Villas. But I don’t see Boardwalk Villas listed.

Similar question as Jennifer above – are you splitting out the Animal Kingdom Villas or rolling into the Animal Kingdom Lodge room views? Thanks for such amazing work!

I was also hoping for an update. Think this is a really cool idea! In particular, was wondering about Beach Club Villas.

We’re running about 3 weeks behind – some of the resorts’ individual rooms caused us to re-do the maps.

We should have Music, Animal Kingdom Lodge-Jambo, and Fort Wilderness up this week, then Yacht and Beach and the rest of the schedule.

Thank you so much for your answer :-). You are doing a very good job and it must be difficult to keep deadlines.

I can’t wait for the Old Key West update (end of January, I think, with the delay ?) !

(By the way, Sorry for my english, i’m a french man, and my english is not perfect :-S )

It’s been a couple of weeks since this update. Has there been any progress?

Any updates on the remaining resorts? I was going to online check-in to Bay Lake Tower for my trip in a couple of weeks, but I wanted to check out some of the views first for requesting specifics. I hand typed the url based on your completed hotels, but I only got the page frame with search controls. ;^)
