If you’re looking for one of the most unique places to stay onboard the upcoming Disney Wish, look no further than the Wish Tower Suite! This will be a a first-of-its-kind accommodation found in the forward funnel of the Disney Cruise Line ship which debuts in summer 2022. Oh and the theme of this fantastic suite? It’s quite fitting that Moana would be the inspiration, right?

The Wish Tower Suite will be Disney Cruise Line’s most unique accommodation yet. This 1,966-square-foot penthouse suite will include an expansive two-story window wall that will feature incomparable ocean views and premium Disney service. The suite itself will comfortably sleep up to eight guests with two main bedrooms, a children’s room, a library that converts to a bedroom and four-and-a-half bathrooms.

Located on the upper-level loft, the main bedrooms will include king beds, walk-in closets and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over the living area below. The main bathrooms will each have double vanities, soaking tubs and rain showers.

The Wish Tower Suite is being designed with inspiration from the film Moana. It will include a palette of calm blues, soft whites and deep corals and will also include creative ornaments and custom artwork will convey sophisticated nods to the characters and locales of the film. The most incredible thing in the suite will be the hand-crafted porcelain sculpture that comes alive in an only-Disney-can-do way. When guests arrive home to the Wish Tower Suite, they may discover the statue pulsing in hues of green amid soft chimes, revealing itself as the heart of Te Fiti. The special lighting and audio effects will eventually fill the room to provide a truly magical, one-of-a-kind greeting.

Other film-inspired decorations include a custom canvas piece depicting Moana sailing on the sea; dimensional props that celebrate the treasures of the ocean and the local crafts of Moana’s village; and a glittering sculpture composed of shiny objects (Influenced by Tamatoa’s collection.)

The children’s room, which will feature built-in bunkbeds and will include a sparkling constellation pattern that lights up the ceiling to reveal imagery stars that resemble Moana’s oar, Gramma Tala, Maui’s hook and the heart of Te Fiti.

Guests staying in the Wish Tower Suite will experience a personal concierge team, an elegant array of curated experiences, a delightful selection of daily treats and a private elevator.

The Wish Tower Suite will feature plush Frette duvets, bed linens, bath towels and robes. There will also be motorized sheer and block-out curtains. Guests will be able to grab a beverage via a wet bar stocked with water and sodas. If you’re looking to get on the internet, you can do so via complimentary access. Oh and for those who need a different pillow, there is a deluxe menu of hypo-allergenic, feather and therapeutic memory foam pillows. Guests will also enjoy VIP access to the concierge lounge and sun deck with two whirlpools, a wading pool, a bar, lush lounge furniture and the superlative service of a pool deck host.

For those who won’t be able to stay in the Wish Tower Suite, take a look at the rest of the stateroom configurations here.

In addition, Disney has also shared that there will be a brand new wedding venue onboard the Disney Wish. Guests will be able to get married in the Grand Hall which features a magnificent staircase that will serve as a stunning backdrop for a wedding ceremony or vow renewal. Disney states that the elegant royal blue and gold color palette can easily be paired with a variety of wedding looks. Like every Disney’s Fairy Tale Wedding aboard Disney Cruise Line, each couple will enjoy their very own dedicated Disney Weddings team who will be there along the entire planning journey and on the wedding day to ensure a magical wedding experience. Weddings aboard the Disney Wish will begin June 20, 2022!

A couple of other things we’ve found by looking at the ship’s layout – first is the layout of the Oceaneer Club!

We also discovered that the family dining location, 1923 will be separated into two different sections.

The Disney Wish will sail its maiden voyage on June 9, 2022. The ship will then offer three- and four-night cruises to Nassau, Bahamas, and Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay, from Port Canaveral, Florida. Bookings open to the general public on May 27.

  • But it doesn’t have a verandah. It is literally a huge ocean view. A great ocean view, but you aren’t going to feel the wind in your hair while staying in this suite.
