Where Can You Get Help with Walt Disney World Tickets Without Going to the Theme Parks?

Sometimes it’s nice to get the help you need in person rather than on the phone or through email. If you need help with your Walt Disney World tickets you can go to the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to get assistance. Here you can upgrade tickets, check the status of old tickets you may have, and get answers to other similar questions.

Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs

The Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs is located at Town Center, which is fairly centrally located. It is near the Disney Springs Welcome Center, which is essentially the Guest Services of Disney Springs, as well as Blaze Pizza. It is also right next door to an Orange County Sheriff’s office, which is an interesting presence to have at Disney Springs.

At the Disney Ticket Center you can also make dining reservations. It is usually not as busy here as it can sometimes get at the Welcome Center.

Coming to Disney Springs to get assistance with your Walt Disney World tickets may be helpful for you as it is free to park at Disney Springs, and can be easier to get to for many area hotels. If you are staying at a Disney hotel, or a nearby hotel, the chances are good that the Front Desk or Concierge can assist with your tickets as well, so be sure to check there first.

What are some other places at Disney Springs that you find helpful? Let us know in the comments.

  • Also, if you have older tickets that might have unused days left on them you can scan them (Front and back)..
Along with where you purchased them, and when, and Disney Guest Services can tell you what’s left.

Turns out my park hoppers from 96 still have 4 days of park hoping left on 3 of them.
