Just outside the entrance to Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge is Baseline Taphouse. Although its menu is limited, the bites at Baseline are so good you could make a meal of them.

The bar is cozy, with great theming. Because of the menu and limited seating, this is not a great option for families with children. If you're a group of all adults looking for a quick drink or bite with no reservation in an upscale setting, BaseLine is a good choice.

The small bites are crowd pleaser, and the drink selection is excellent. Look for California brews on tap and a blood orange cider.
