LOVED this room. 3rd floor in Jambo house is the same as the lobby so no need to use the elevator each time. We booked a Resort View room and was assigned this one- not sure if that was an upgrade or not due to the fenced off area in front of this balcony? But still incredible Savanna views. From 5pm-7pm all of the giraffes were there as well as zebras (including the baby!@!) , cattle, cranes wildebeests. It was so beautiful. You are close to some of the ac units between Jambo and Kidani to the left so some background noise- but totally worth it for the animal views.
