Room is on the inside corner with a very large balcony facing the volleyball court. The view of the lagoon is spectacular. Epcot fireworks are not visible from this room, just in case anyone is searching on that. Hollywood Studios fireworks are partially visible, but the large tree between the room and the lagoon block a lot of it. Still, incredible room. Entry corridor provides some extra space for luggage and stoller out of the way of the main living space. Easy access from entrance closest to Epcot/smaller pool and laundry.

We really liked this room, having the extra light from 2 big windows & the extra large balcony was great. Amazing view. It's a quiet location as it's on the end of a wing. Has easy access/exit from stairs right outside the room so super quick to get to Epcot, Boardwalk & boats to Hollywood Studios. The nearby small pool is really quiet, feels like a private pool! A bit of a walk to get to the busses but nothing too bad.

This room may have the largest balcony in the BCR. You could put 10 people on it and not be crowded.
