We liked being able to walk out the porch to the quiet pool. Someone could take a nap with a kid while the other one could go swimming. The noise to the main walking path never bothered us.

It was a hike to the BC lobby, but we found that we had a short walk to the bus stop going on the sidewalk next to the parking lot. Very quiet location.
