Requesting any upgrade offers available for this room or any in the new renovated standard rooms. We appreciate any assistance and effort you can provide to allow us this opportunity that will allow us to have a room in the newly renovated buildings 9 or 10. We are celebrating my sisters recovery from battling stage 4 breast cancer this last year and a half. This will be her first vacation since her journey through that began. Thank you so very much.
