We stayed in this room from 7/4-7/13. I had requested a room with a better view but we never opened the shades even once! lol It's more important to me for the room to stay cool than have a good view. We never heard a peep from our neighbors.I'd stay in this room again in a heartbeat! I would guess you won't be disappointed with any room in building 14.
