My husband called this room "the bunker". Close to dock, pool and Roaring Fork but dark due to walls framing patio and window and light blocked by vegetation. That said, convenience was very high and particularly for naps, this would be a great room for someone who had young children. Also connects to 1003. Keep door closed though since Water Pageant is loud both at WL and then again at CR plus boats honk at docking and at departure.

I was initially pretty disappointed we received this room, but it ended up being okay. The location was great. It was right next to the door to get to the pool and boat dock. Roaring Fork was just a short walk back up the hall Thankful we had our sound machine though because it was VERY loud.
