This is not a great water view room. When you look straight ahead you really see only boardwalk, and not water. You have to look completely to the right to see water. It is also a long walk to the lobby - 4 min at a a brisk pace. It is convenient to the stairs that take you out closer to the walkway to DHS. it did not have a daybed.
