Happy Family One-Day Touring Plan

This is a one-day touring plan of the Magic Kingdom that includes something for everyone in the family: small children, 'tweens (children ages 8-12), teenagers, parents and seniors. The plan keeps the entire family together for most of the day, including dinner. A mid-day break of around 4 hours is integrated into the day's touring. The plan includes attractions very popular with small children, such as Enchanted Tales with Belle, Princess Fairytale Hall, and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in Fantasyland. For older kids and teenagers, we recommend thrill rides such as Space Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain while parents are taking a mid-day break. Both groups get back together in the afternoon and stay together for the rest of the day.

Happy Family Two-Day Touring Plan

A two-day version of our popular Happy Family plan, with less walking and more rest per each day. Includes time for parents and young children to get plenty of autographs and meet characters, while older kids ride themselves silly on the Magic Kingdom's thrill rides. Includes the new Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and other Fantasyland attractions.

One-Day Touring Plan for Parents with Younger and Older Children

This touring plan has all of the Magic Kingdom's best attractions, including Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Enchanted Tales with Belle, and Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid. If you are staying at a Disney Resort, use Disney transportation to arrive at the entrance to the Magic Kingdom 50 minutes prior to opening. Guests staying off-site should arrive at the Ticket and Transportation Center 70 minutes prior to opening. Obtain park maps and a copy of the daily entertainment schedule when you pass through the turnstiles. Stroller rentals are beneath the train station on Main Street.

Touring Plan for Families with Pre-Teens

This touring plan is designed for families with children who cannot ride some of the park's thrill rides, and others in the group who will. (For example, this plan is designed for families with small children and pre-teens, where the pre-teens and adults want to ride Space Mountain. The group takes turns supervising the small children and riding Space Mountain.) The entire group stays together as much as possible. The plan includes the new Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid, plus classic attractions like Peter Pan's Flight and Space Mountain.
