The most recent All Star Movies Resort refurbishment began in 2018 and is scheduled for completion during the first half of 2019. The refurbished rooms can be identified by room number plaques featuring an old-fashioned movie camera.
Changes to the rooms include:
- Adding pocket doors to separate the sleeping area and the bathroom area.
- New laminate flooring, simulates wood flooring
- In-room coffee makers
- Updated electric outlets and dedicated USB ports
- Glass shower doors
- New mini refrigerators
- Queen beds replacing old double bed. One of the queen beds is a traditional bed; the other is a Murphy-style bed that converts into a table when not in use.
- Wall-mounted televisions
Following the completion of the All Star Movies update, All Star Music and then All Star Sports will see similar improvements.
