Location

Walt Disney World Resort, West Side, attached to Jaleo

Summary

This quick service location operates alongside sister table service dining option Jaleo, offering several dishes made famous from celebrity chef Jose Andres’ food truck of the same name. The restaurant’s sandwiches and salads serve up traditional Spanish flavors through a fast-food, accessible-to-all lens.

Setting and Atmosphere

A small order station operates with just a few employees, with a grab-and-go drink station as well as a display window showing off many of the cold sandwich and salad options. A small seating area rests adjacent to the counter, with additional indoor seating available in the lounge area of Jaleo.

House Specialties

Bikini (pressed) sandwiches will satisfy anyone’s grilled cheese craving, while vegetable, BLT, and steak sandwiches served on pan de cristal, crusty bread imported from Spain, are filling, excellent quality, and offered in a variety of sizes to share.

Other Recommendations

Hot and cold sandwiches on rolls are also available, including a fancy Iberico ham sandwich on an 18” flauta. On the side, guests can enjoy zesty gazpacho, as well as a potato chip-based take on the main restaurant’s patatas bravas, with potato chips drizzled with aioli and the tangy signature brava sauce.
